Tea Party blogger and all-around terrible person Andrew Breitbart drops dead

The founder of BigGovernment.com, who said he dreamed of the day he could shoot liberals, flipped out at Occupy protesters at CPAC, threatened gun violence because he was called gay, and posted offensive comics about the Obamas unceremoniously dropped dead outside his house last night.

(ETA: I almost forgot! He’s also the person who got Shirley Sherrod fired when he played some out-of-context video excerpts of her making her look like a racist.)

When Ted Kennedy died in 2009, Breitbart let loose a string of offensive tweets calling the former representative a “special pile of human excrement” among other colorful insults. So I don’t think I’m going to lose any sleep over his untimely demise. (But he did leave four young kids behind, which is pretty sad.)
